Dove/Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
- 8 to 10 dove breasts
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Boil dove breasts and remove meat from bones. Cook broccoli and drain well. Place broccoli in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and cover with dove meat. Combine remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir well and spoon mixture over dove and broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serves six.
