Hot Fried Birds
Think hot wings, but made with whole birds. The buttermilk marinade tenderizes, but the salacious glaze of butter, honey, garlic, and hot sauce make these really easy to eat. When fried at a high temperature, you get really crisp leg, rib, and wing bones, which can all be crunched and eaten.
