Buffalo Doves
Ingredients:
- 6 dove breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 qt of Canola oil
- Buffalo wing sauce
Preparation:
Preheat oil in a small sauce pan to 350F. Mix the eggs & milk together then roll in the flour. Deep fry till golden brown, remove and pour in your favorite buffalo wing sauce let sit for 5 minutes.
