Dove Royale
A true gourmet dish.
Directions:
Split doves. Saute in butter until lightly browned, or about 5 minutes. Add wine, onion, celery leaves, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add tarragon and simmer uncovered for 15 min. Serve over rice or egg noodles. Serves 3-6.
