Doves Stroganoff
Preparation:
Fillet dove breasts. Shake in flour and brown in pan with very little oil. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and brown. Add a half a cup of milk to pan and stir. Add two cups of sliced onions and stir. Cover and reduce heat. When onions are soft, add one pint of sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer 30-60 minutes. Add more milk if it gets too thick. Stir to keep from sticking. Serve over rice, biscuits or bread.
