1 large onion
1 lb. hickory smoked bacon
provolone cheese
raspberry walnut dressing

Directions
Slice the peppers length wise into thin slices. Remove the seeds and veins. Cut the onion into small pieces. Cut the cheese into small chunks. Wrap one breast, pepper, onion and cheese slice with a half of a piece of bacon. Place in a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the poppers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place the poppers on a foil lined sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
While poppers are cooking, mix 3 parts brown sugar with 1 part cayenne pepper. Make enough to lightly coat the poppers. Sprinkle on breast after they have cooked for 20 minutes. Bake another 15-20 minutes or until bacon is done. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
